M&M Math

M&M Math day started with our reading this...

We got busy with our fun math learning with these mats

We made an M&M counting book.  

With all this counting number fun it was time to reconnect with our letter of the week so we made these M&M M's

Then a bit of science fun.  

We put some M&M's in a little bit of water at the start of our day.  I told the children they were going to get to paint with M&M paint.  They didn't really believe me but they did after this...

I sent home an M&M counting mat and a small baggie of M&M for a home/school  connection activity.  

We sure had a ton of yummy math fun~!
