Next we painted valentine's day shirts to wear to our party on Thursday. It took me a while to figure out a butch shirts since most of the kids are males. I wanted shirts the kids could make their selves. I finally decided on ties with hearts on them.
Here they are.
C used all the colors, pink, red, and white.
D stuck with red but used many different sizes.
S went slick and lean.
Though they each had their own style, I think all the shirts turned out awesome.
The day was warm and beautiful so we were able to head outside for some gross motor before lunch.
The kids enjoyed a lunch of chicken nuggets, breaded green beans, grapes and milk.
The afternoon was spent practicing our names, and writing our letter Vv, then playing with our tactile tubs, heart literacy game, and heart sort.
Such a lovely, lovely love day.
See you tomorrow,
Ms. P
