thus began our If You Give a Pig a Pancake day.
Oh how we howled with laughter over this little pigs misadventures.
Of course we all had to make pig hats so we could be the pig.
"If you gave me a pancake I would want strawberries and whip cream on top of it."
"If you gave me a pancake I would want syrup and milk to go with it and I would want more and more and more 'cause I love pancakes."
"If you gave me a pancake I would eat it all gone."
We spent all most an hour pouring popcorn to find pink and purple Pp's.
Next we made purple Popsicle P's on pink paper.
You can not have a If You Give a Pig a Pancake day and not make pancakes so...
we made pancakes.
Then came the very best part of If You Give a Pig a Pancake day.
After we finished our pancake lunch, enjoyed a refreshing nap, and had snack we practiced writing our names and worked on this Pp pancake worksheet.
